The Alabama State Port Authority has awarded the Pinto Terminal Maintenance Building to TerMac Construction, Inc. The project was designed by Shaw Group - Mobile and is located on the southern end of Pinto Island.
Richard McElroy is th project manager, Mike Woycke is the project superintendent and Kanja Weldy is the project coordinator.

TerMac Construction has been awarded the Ybor City DaVita Dialysis Center in Ybor City, FL. TerMac will be renovating an existing building and constructing a 6,410 square foot dialysis center for DaVita, Inc. The project is located at 1701 Ninth Avenue, Tampa, FL 36605
Mel Ulmer will be the project manager, Harold English will be the superintendent on site, and Dawn Paine McLaughlin will be the project coordinator. |
