General Contracting is a traditional delivery method where projects are fully designed before construction, allowing contractors to submit competitive bids based on the same plans and specifications. As the general contractor, TerMac oversees all aspects of construction, working closely with owners and design teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Since 1993, TerMac Construction has completed projects across more than twenty states, with a strong presence in the Southeast.
Alabama is our largest market, with over 400 projects, followed by Florida with 130+ projects, and continued work across Georgia, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
We have also delivered projects throughout the Southeast and Midwest, bringing consistent quality and reliability to every job.
While our roots are on the Gulf Coast, our reach reflects our ability to successfully execute projects nationwide without compromising our standards or client relationships.
