WHO WE ARE
Company History
TerMac Construction, Inc. was founded in 1993 by Conan Terrell and Richard McElroy, two experienced construction professionals who set out to build a company focused on accountability, expertise, and strong client relationships.
Starting in Mobile, Alabama, the company quickly gained traction with its first project, Harrah’s Casino in Vicksburg, Mississippi, and grew rapidly, completing hundreds of projects across multiple states within its first decade.
Over the years, TerMac expanded beyond gaming construction into a wide range of commercial sectors, including office, hospitality, healthcare, education, and industrial projects, while also growing its geographic reach throughout the Southeast. Today, based in Daphne, Alabama, TerMac is led by Adam Weaver and Harris Mills, continuing the company’s legacy of quality, integrity, and long-standing client partnerships.
